Outbound Team Leader

We are looking for an Outbound Team Leader to manage outbound operations, ensure timely shipments, maintain safety and quality standards, and coordinate with other teams for a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Prevent backlogs and ensure on-time dispatch.
• Develop and guide team members to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with transfer orders and proper documentation.
• Inspect equipment and working areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with warehousing and inbound teams to optimize workflow.
• Ensure proper loading techniques to prevent product damage.
• Report operational issues and communicate with management on delays.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution.
• Experience in outbound operations or team leadership preferred.
• Knowledge of WMS, handheld/RF scanners, and warehouse documentation.
• Basic Excel and reporting skills.
• High school diploma or higher; degree preferred.
• Safety or quality certifications a plus (HACCP, ISO 9001, Six Sigma, CQIA, CQE).
