The Project Manager - OSS/BSS is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, within budget, and successfully. The project manager will manage several projects simultaneously related to data conversions, system enhancements, and implementations for the entire OSS/BSS stack with all parts of the project lifecycle being accounted for: planning, execution, and delivery. This role requires a passionate self-starter who can successfully engage and manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

What you will do:

• Determine and define project scope, timelines, and objectives.
• Predict resources needed to reach project deliverables based on scope of work, budget, and timeline
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders and team members to align project expectations, requirements, and status.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and drive vendors to execute projects on time and within budget.
• Attending all project related calls, daily stand ups, weekly updates, etc.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for platform enhancements to support improving business processes and enhanced customer experience.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
