About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HRMS SA Consultant with strong functional expertise in Oracle HRMS modules and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting business requirement sessions, configuring HRMS modules, and ensuring alignment of Oracle solutions with organizational needs.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct meetings with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Apply Oracle documentation methodology to design and maintain structured documentation and solution outlines.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users and functional teams.
  • Configure and modify Oracle HRMS modules, including Work Structure, Absence Management, Self-Service HR, Performance Management, and AME (Approvals Management Engine).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and support of HR processes.
  • Provide post-implementation support and assist in testing, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
  • Maintain detailed process documentation and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
