Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Customer Engagement:

• Serve as the primary HCM architecture lead for strategic enterprise accounts.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and business stakeholders.
• Translate business strategies into scalable HCM cloud architectures.

Solution Architecture & Delivery:

• Design end-to-end HCM cloud solutions aligned with customer goals and industry best practices.
• Lead architecture governance, solution reviews, and roadmap planning.
• Ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise systems and platforms.

Team Leadership & Enablement:

• Guide and mentor HCM consulting teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, delivery, and product management.
• Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Account Growth & Strategy:

• Identify opportunities to expand solution footprint within existing accounts.
• Drive strategic conversations to position new offerings and services.
• Support pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and customer workshops.
