Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned HCM Cloud Solution Architect with deep expertise in managing enterprise customers and driving strategic HCM transformation initiatives. This role demands a visionary leader who can bridge business strategy with technical architecture, lead consulting teams, and build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Saudi Arabian market, with a proven track record of expanding account presence and delivering impactful HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Customer Engagement:
- Serve as the primary HCM architecture lead for strategic enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and business stakeholders.
- Translate business strategies into scalable HCM cloud architectures.
Solution Architecture & Delivery
- Design end-to-end HCM cloud solutions aligned with customer goals and industry best practices.
- Lead architecture governance, solution reviews, and roadmap planning.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise systems and platforms.
Team Leadership & Enablement
- Guide and mentor HCM consulting teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, delivery, and product management.
- Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Account Growth & Strategy
- Identify opportunities to expand solution footprint within existing accounts.
- Drive strategic conversations to position new offerings and services.
- Support pre‑sales activities, RFP responses, and customer workshops.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HCM solution architecture and consulting.
- Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Proven experience working with Saudi Arabian enterprise clients across sectors.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Certifications in HCM platforms or cloud architecture are highly desirable.
