Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, customize, and maintain Oracle BRM solutions to support billing, invoicing, and revenue management processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Oracle BRM.
• Develop and implement integrations between Oracle BRM and other systems, such as CRM, ERP, and billing platforms.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to optimize the performance and functionality of Oracle BRM.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle BRM configuration, customization, and integration issues.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance of Oracle BRM solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and training materials for end-users.
• Stay current with Oracle BRM updates, new features, and best practices to ensure the system is utilized effectively.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.

Skills

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle BRM architecture, configuration, modules, and functionalities.
• Proficiency in customizing Oracle BRM Pipeline, Pricing Center, Data Manager, and Customer Center.
• Strong expertise in Oracle BRM data model, data migration, and ing languages like SQL, PL/SQL, and Java .
• Experience with integrating Oracle BRM with external systems using SOAP, REST APIs, and XML technologies.
• Familiarity with telecom billing concepts, rating engines, billing cycles, and revenue recognition processes.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Oracle BRM.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in troubleshooting issues and resolving defects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Proven experience in implementing Oracle BRM solutions in a telecommunications or related industry.

Good to Have

• Oracle BRM certification is a plus.
