Operations Support Coordinator
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
The Mission:
As an Operations Support Coordinator at Fina, you will enable our operations teams to deliver efficiently, supporting processes across onboarding, operations, finance and client servicing to ensure smooth internal workflows.
What You Will Do:
- Aid in the preparation and maintenance of operational process documentation and monitoring key operational metrics.
- Assist with onboarding new clients: coordinating required documentation, system setup, cross-team hand-offs and follow-up.
- Support the operations team with tasks such as data entry, transactional processing, system updates, and internal reporting.
- Liaise with finance, compliance, and product teams to ensure all operations tasks are aligned and escalations handled promptly.
- Manage the operations help-desk or ticketing system (first response, triage, routing) and ensure SLAs are tracked and met.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement (e.g., automation, reducing manual effort) and support small projects.
- Contribute to peak-cycle preparation (e.g., month end, quarter end) and coordination of periodic audits or internal reviews.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Finance or related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in operations, administration, or process-support role ( internships or part-time preferred).
- Fluent in English; Arabic skills preferred.
- Able to work with Excel (intermediate level), comfortable learning new systems (TMS/CRM/ERP) and understanding operational workflows.
- Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks, and eager to grow into more advanced operations roles.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
