Overview

Role Name: Operations Manager – Autos

Location: Riyadh (On-site)

Work Week: Sunday – Thursday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Saudi Arabia Standard Time)

The Operations Manager – Autos will be responsible for managing and scaling the entire operational infrastructure for Soum’s automotive division. This includes overseeing dealership managers, inspectors, logistics, order management, customer service, and telesales. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with hands-on experience in operational excellence, team management, and process optimization.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all operational sub-functions, including:
    • Dealership Managers – Ensuring smooth partnerships, onboarding, and compliance.
    • Inspectors – Optimizing vehicle inspection processes for accuracy and efficiency.
    • Logistics
    • Order Management – Streamlining workflows to ensure fast and efficient processing.
    • Customer Service & Telesales – Enhancing customer support and sales conversion.
  • Develop and implement scalable operational strategies to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, identifying and addressing bottleneck.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to improve processes and the overall customer journey.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a results-driven culture.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in automotive, marketplace, or supply chain businesses with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale operations with multiple sub-functions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in scaling teams.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain, logistics, and automotive sales operations.
  • Data-driven approach with a track record of optimizing workflows and driving efficiency.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
