Overview

Amazon Now is seeking an operations leader to support cluster-level operational indexing and performance tracking. The candidate is responsible for managing dark stores and hiring a team that leads day to day operations/programs. This role involves monitoring key operational metrics across dark stores, managing data accuracy for operational dashboards, and supporting the team in maintaining visibility into network health and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and launch dark stores.
  • Track and index operational metrics including count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance across city networks
  • Maintain data integrity for operational dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership teams
  • Support root cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breaches
  • Coordinate with store operations teams to ensure timely data updates and metric accuracy
  • Assist in identifying trends and patterns in operational performance to support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
  • 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
  • Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
