Position Summary

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple locations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the F&B industry and a passion for driving operational excellence. The Operations Manager will collaborate with store teams, support functions, and senior leadership to enhance customer experiences, optimize processes, and meet business objectives.

Key Skills
  • Ensure smooth daily operations across multiple outlets, maintaining service quality, product consistency, and cleanliness.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with SOPs, brand standards, and health and safety regulations.
  • Address operational challenges promptly and implement solutions to improve performance. Recruit, train, and support store managers and teams, setting clear goals and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Monitor sales, costs, and overall profitability, implementing strategies to increase revenue and control expenses.
  • Support marketing initiatives that drive customer traffic and sales.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and act on feedback to enhance the guest experience.
  • Analyze reports and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and present performance updates to management.
  • Ensure adherence to Saudi food safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies through regular audits and corrective actions.
Key Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management within the F&B industry, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
  • Proven track record of managing and improving store performance.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in operational systems, financial reporting, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
