Responsibilities
- Organize vessels daily activity reports (VTS) and correction check as on daily basis.
- Uploading all vessels activities data accurately in Aramco MOM systems (Marine Operations Management System) through Aramco extranet access on daily basis.
- Coordinate with Aramco respective person in charge at TMOD and VTS data entry operators (other company) team members to collect required data (wbs & cost center) through mailing on daily basis.
- Coordinate with the Aramco planning team to get the work order numbers to charge for MUV vessels.
- Tracking the Aramco RPA (ROBOTIC PROCESSING AUTOMATION) version to ensure the job entries submissions on daily basis.
- Tracking vessels off / on hire status to close & resume the job entries in MOMS.
- Tracking each vessel activity report (VTS) for waiting on weather timing, Aramco user instruction delays as on daily basis.
- Tracking the vessel’s operation hours and job delay hours on utilization reports in the MOMS as on daily basis.
- Validate the vessel data’s entries whether uploading correctly in Aramco MOMS.
- Tracking each vessel’s location, crew’s headcount, overdue & vaccination details reporting to Aramco as on daily basis.
- Tracking Onshore support team’s rotation and reporting to Aramco on daily basis.
- Petty cash handling, claim, summary preparations & submission to Dammam office for top-up.
- Obtain the approvals for each local purchase materials to respective superior.
- Liaise with technicians / drivers to purchase the materials locally as per PC & PE instructions.
- Organize vessel data such as QSI finding, maintenance day, on/off hired details, crew list, vessels crane blue sticker and health check due dates for renewal for update the daily report from port captain.
- Tracking officer and engineer’s evaluation or familiarization progress for update as on daily basis.
- Administrating assist for shore team and operation manager.
- Tracking saffaniyah vehicle trip sheet on daily basis.
- Prepare the saffaniyah office staff, shore welders & drivers over time sheet record.
- Liaise with finance department to obtain the money for fuel consumption in Syarah account.
- Tracking the vehicles fuels consumption and prepare the record and submitting to finance department
Qualifications
- Preferabley with a Degree or Diploma.
- Experience of Data entry, administrative, cash management. software proficiency, attention to details.
