Responsibilities
- Maintain records of flight operations activities IAW RSAF procedures.
- Update and monitor records of flight operations activities IAW RSAF procedures.
- Track and follow-up Squadron and individual aircrew records and statistics.
- Coordinate and provide information to aircrew operating as the Squadron Duty Officer.
- Coordinate with agencies involved for all applicable items for Sqns\Staneval (as required) due to flying training or mission’s requirements.
- Prepare and review flying reports to assist with evaluation trends on a monthly and semi-annual basis.
- Facilitate any paperwork needed to maintain Sqn\Staneval\ Operationsflight readiness status.
- Conduct Flight Information Publications (FLIP) updates and amendments on the appropriate dates and data.
- Generate reports required to support the efficient running of the Squadron Operations organisation.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 yrs experience of BAE Systems / RSAF Contractor Manning Schedule / Military operations.
- Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office programs.
- Experienced in the Operation and use of information technology systems.
