Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement the Operations Readiness Plan in alignment with project commissioning milestones.
  • Liaise between the project commissioning team and the future operations/maintenance teams to identify and address operational requirements.
  • Develop and track operations readiness deliverables, including spare parts lists, asset registers, O&M manuals, critical spares, and vendor documentation.
  • Support the development and implementation of maintenance strategies, job plans, and equipment criticality assessments.
  • Participate in system walkdowns and punch list resolution to ensure operational readiness criteria are met.
  • Ensure training plans and competency frameworks for operations personnel are in place and executed.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Relevant experience in operations readiness, commissioning, or maintenance engineering on large-scale industrial, Mining or energy projects.
  • Previous site-based experience in construction/commissioning environments is essential.
  • Strong understanding of asset management systems (e.g., CMMS – Maximo, SAP PM, etc.).
  • Familiarity with operations readiness frameworks (e.g., OR&A, ORP, or similar industry practices).
  • Knowledge of safety, environmental, and quality standards applicable to commissioning and operations.
