Role Purpose:

Lead operational improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, optimizing performance metrics, enhancing quality standards, and implementing best practices that increase efficiency, reduce waste, and support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute operational and process improvement roadmaps aligned with company objectives
• Conduct data analysis to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Implement Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver process optimization initiatives
• Monitor KPIs and develop dashboards to track operational performance
• Standardize processes and documentation across multiple branches or operations
• Support project management activities, including planning, execution, and reporting
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on improvement objectives
• Prepare structured reports and present data-driven insights to leadership
• Train teams on process improvement tools, methodologies, and best practices

Qualifications & Competencies:

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or quality management (QSR or multi-branch preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• Certifications: KPI Professional, Process Improvement Specialist, Data Analysis Professional
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in data analysis and performance tracking
• Demonstrated success in delivering efficiency and waste-reduction projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, BI, and Project
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English
• Strong design thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
