Your Tasks
  • Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and update internal systems, databases, and records.
  • Support procurement, inventory, and logistics processes.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for management.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Issue Operators /Welders ID's & Certificates
  • Collect monthly timesheets (TS) and send to the accounting team.
Your Qualifications
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Min 2+ years of experience in an administrative or operations support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or project coordination.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations or compliance standards.
