Your Tasks
  • Coordinated effectively between clients, management, and inspection engineers to ensure smooth communication and project workflow.
  • Managed the preparation, printing, and documentation of inspection reports and certificates issued by engineers.
  • Acted as a liaison between management and employees, addressing queries, interpreting and administering contracts, and supporting in resolving work-related issues.
  • Handled client inquiries and coordinated with vendors on purchase requests and purchase orders to ensure timely processing.
  • Prepared, updated, and renewed operator cards and certificates in compliance with company and client requirements.
Your Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in administrative, preferably in inspection, engineering, or industrial services.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
