Job summary

A financial technology company is looking for an On-the-job Training Lead to enhance agent performance through targeted training programs.   • Analyze CSAT and Quality scores to identify improvement areas.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for performance gaps.
  • Design and deliver targeted training programs.
