Responsibilities

• Engage with debtors via WhatsApp, AI voice calls, SMS, and email.
• Assist with login and identity verification.
• Explain payment options and due dates.
• Handle questions, complaints, and disputes professionally.
• Ensure communications meet compliance standards.
• Document interactions in Ebra's CRM.
• Escalate issues to compliance or legal teams when necessary.
• Collaborate with Operations and Tech teams.
