An exciting opportunity is available for (Officer, Safety) based in Dammam.

Summary

Assists with Safety, health, and environmental concerns on a small plant or platform or on any one shift. Ensures the safety, security, and fire protection resources of the plant or platform are functional at all times. Work within standard instruction and procedures.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Manage follow-up on final site investigation reports, maintain the phrase library and MSDS.
  • Maintain simple HSE documentation; HSE procedures, manuals, guidance documents, and records.
  • Assist in facilitating related training programs, and conduct classroom lectures and testing for groups and individuals.
  • Participate in risk assessments and job reviews to identify and prevent HSE hazards with supervision.
  • Generate reports, data, graphs and records as required using the computer system such as daily and monthly reports.
  • Assists in the coordination of HSE inspections and follow up with departments to ensure recommendations are implemented.
  • Ensures HSE equipment is inspected, maintained, and calibrated according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Undertake compliance monitoring and measurements of key HSE parameters.
Minimum Qualification and Experience
  • Diploma degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the same field.
