  • Arrange meetings, calls, and appointments for management.
  • Draft and send professional emails, letters, and presentations.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on assigned action items.
  • Maintain and organize records, files, and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments on behalf of management.
  • Handle sensitive information and confidential documents appropriately.
  • Support daily administrative and operational activities.
