On behalf of our client, we are seeking a proactive and skilledOdoo Functional Specialistto join our PMO Department.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the company’s Odoo ERP system and will play a key role in enhancing the digital transformation and development of PMO operations. This role is ideal for individuals with solid Odoo experience who are eager to advance their knowledge in Project Management and PMO processes.

Responsibilities :
  • Manage and operate the Odoo ERP system across all major modules.
  • Provide functional and technical support to departments such as Finance, HR, and Project Management.
  • Analyze issues and deliver timely, effective solutions to users.
  • Manage user permissions and ensure smooth workflow across the system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Odoo utilization and streamline business processes.
  • Support PMO activities by integrating Odoo with project tracking, reporting, and resource management.
  • Assist in preparing PMO reports, KPIs, and dashboards through Odoo.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO tools and processes through Odoo customization and automation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (implementation or functional support).
  • Strong understanding of Finance or Accounting concepts.
  • Good knowledge of modules such as Project Management, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, and Accounting.
  • Previous experience as an Odoo Implementer or Functional Consultant is highly preferred.
