Job summary

A leading Saudi company in Dammam is seeking a Strategy Manager to support corporate strategy development and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 8–15 years of experience in strategy or consulting, preferably in retail or FMCG. This role involves managing projects, analyzing performance gaps, and supporting organizational development.

Qualifications

  • 8–15 years of experience in strategy, consulting, organizational development, transformation, or PMO.
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, telecom, or consulting environments is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Support corporate strategy development through research, analysis, and preparation of strategic reports.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives and KPIs, and track progress of key projects.
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Manage and coordinate selected strategic projects and prepare dashboards and progress updates.

Skills

The StrategyManager, will support the development, analysis, and execution of the company’s corporate strategy. The Strategy Manager works closely with senior leadership to translate the company’s vision into actionable plans, drive strategic initiatives, and support organizational development and transformation activities across the business.

Key Accountabilities

The position involves:

  • Support corporate strategy development through research, analysis, and preparation of strategic reports.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives and KPIs, and track progress of key projects.
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Contribute to organizational development by reviewing structures, processes, and workflows.
  • Support change management efforts and assist in developing policies and governance documents.
  • Manage and coordinate selected strategic projects and prepare dashboards and progress updates.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external consultants, and partners to evaluate opportunities and support business cases.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8–15 years of experience in strategy, consulting, organizational development, transformation, or PMO.
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, telecom, or consulting environments is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical background with experience in frameworks, modeling, and presentations.
  • Exposure to organizational development or change management is a plus.
