Job description

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist with at least 3 years of full-time clinical experience to join our home healthcare team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate is passionate about functional rehabilitation, patient education, and working independently in home-based settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive occupational therapy assessments in patients’ homes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
  • Treat patients with neurological, orthopedic, geriatric, pediatric, and post-surgical conditions as applicable
  • Train patients and caregivers on activities of daily living (ADLs), adaptive techniques, and use of assistive devices
  • Recommend and educate on home modifications to improve safety and independence
  • Accurately document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summariesli>
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain compliance with Saudi health regulations and company policies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) license or eligibility
  • Minimum 3 years of full-time clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist
