Main Duties
- Operate live broadcast systems inside OB vans.
- Install and operate all types of professional broadcast cameras.
- Install various types of camera lenses (including small, large, crane-mounted, etc.).
- Manage and operate Talkback and IFB communication systems.
- Ensure stability and reliability of all technical installations before and during live broadcasts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of hands‑on experience in television broadcasting operations.
- Proven participation in large‑scale live broadcast projects.
- Strong familiarity with Fiber, IP‑based systems, and RF technologies.
- Fluent in Arabic or English (speaking and writing).
- Ability to perform under pressure and in fast‑paced live broadcast environments.
- Willingness to work throughout the week, including weekends and non‑standard hours.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Broadcast equipment setup accuracy rate of 98% or higher.
- Fewer than 2 major technical failures per quarter during live events.
- On‑time completion of camera and lens setup in 95% of scheduled broadcasts.
- 100% compliance with broadcast safety and operational standards.
- Response time to technical issues during live broadcasts not exceeding 10 minutes.
- Positive feedback score of 90% or higher from engineering supervisors and production teams.
- Completion of at least one technical upskilling/training session every 6 months
