Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursing Supervisor to join our team in KSA-Abha. As Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall operational management of nursing services within a designated unit or department. This includes ensuring high standards of patient care, staff supervision, shift coordination, and effective implementation of nursing protocols. The role also involves supporting the Nursing Director in quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) – Mandatory
  • Current and valid professional nursing license (SCFHS license).
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced certifications (ACLS, etc.) Mandatory.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ nursing experience, with at least 3 years in nursing leadership or management roles.
  • Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, and critical care is strongly preferred.
