POSITION OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support the development and implementation of educational initiatives across the nursing department

3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote evidence-based practice and high-quality patient care
4. Contribute to the design and delivery of educational programs and materials
5. Assist in evaluating staff performance and identifying individual learning needs

QUALIFICATIONS

Clinical Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Critical Care or Emergency Care

Educational Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in Preceptorship, Mentorship, or a formal Teaching/Education role in a clinical setting
• Strong clinical acumen with a track record of mentoring or precepting junior staff
• Passionate about professional development and ongoing education
• Currently holds, or is in the process of obtaining, a recognized qualification in nursing education
