On behalf of our client, we are looking to hire a Nurse to join their team in Jeddah.

Task/Job Summary

A nurse is responsible for providing high‑quality patient care, ensuring safety, comfort, and accurate clinical support. This role includes assisting physicians, administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, performing routine nursing procedures, and maintaining proper documentation. The Nurse also educates patients and families, follows infection‑control standards, and coordinates with the healthcare team to support effective and compassionate care.

Responsibilities and Duties
Patient Care
  • Provide direct patient care, including vital signs monitoring, assessments, and daily medical needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
  • Assist patients with mobility, hygiene, feeding, and daily living activities.
  • Ensure patient comfort, safety, and emotional support at all times.
Clinical Tasks
  • Perform routine nursing procedures (wound care, injections, IV cannulation, catheter care, dressing changes).
  • Prepare and operate medical equipment as required.
  • Monitor patient symptoms and report any changes to the physician or medical team.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient conditions and progress.
Coordination & Communication
  • Communicate effectively with doctors, therapists, and the healthcare team to coordinate patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and follow‑up care.
  • Support the implementation of physician orders and care plans.
Safety & Compliance
  • Follow infection control protocols and ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Adhere to all healthcare regulations, standards, and hospital policies.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with medical guidelines.
Administrative & Reporting
  • Record patient information in the medical system accurately.
  • Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
  • Respond promptly to patient calls and emergency situations.
Requirements
  • Accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Minimum Two Years of Related Work Experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in an industrial setting
  • Valid Registration at the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS)
  • Valid Ministry of Health (MOL) License
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Valid Medical Malpractice Insurance
