We’re seeking a sharp and experienced Import Production Manager to help us scale our production while maintaining our commitment to quality and timeliness.

What You’ll Do (Import Production)
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of import production—from order placement to final delivery.
  • Coordinate daily with overseas suppliers and manufacturers to ensure on‑time production.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production or logistics delays.
  • Monitor quality control standards and vendor compliance.
  • Ensure all required documentation (packing lists, commercial invoices, etc.) is accurate and complete.
  • Collaborate with design, development, and warehouse teams to align delivery timelines with launch dates.
What We’re Looking For (Import Production)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in import production.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production tracking software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially when working with overseas vendors.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
  • Must be able to write and speak in English and Korean.

Import Designer / Associate Designer (Optional)

Join our fast‑growing women’s fashion brand as an Import Designer, where creativity meets global trend innovation. We’re looking for a talented and experienced designer to lead seasonal collections and manage the design process from concept to production.

What You’ll Do (Design)
  • Develop cohesive collections, seasonal color palettes, and exclusive print designs aligned with upcoming fashion trends.
  • Oversee the full design lifecycle—from initial concept, prototype samples, fit sessions, to final production and delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with production and design teams to ensure quality, detail, and timeline precision.
  • Stay ahead of global fashion trends, manufacturing technologies, and garment construction techniques.
  • Attend fit sessions and make necessary adjustments to ensure garment excellence.
  • Communicate with overseas vendors and suppliers to ensure flawless execution.
Requirements (Design)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in women’s fashion design with import experience.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric, and the manufacturing process.
  • Highly motivated, extremely detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • AA or BA in Fashion Design or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in Korean (spoken and written) – essential for overseas communication.
Additional Associate Requirements
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design.
  • Minimum 3 years of design experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast‑paced work environment.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks in fast‑paced environments.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English (speaking and writing).
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
