Key Accountabilities

• Policy Implementation: Develop and implement network policies and procedures to enhance security and efficiency.
  • Regularly review and update policies to reflect changes in regulations and industry best practices.
  • Conduct periodical evaluation in coordination with line-managers on all NOC sections to ensure efficiency and compliance of the implementation of internal process and procedures listed in OCCM and submit feedback report to DOCC.
• Compliance Management:
  • Develop and oversee systems to control, prevent, and address violations of regulations guidelines and internal policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as IOSA standard, ICAO, and GACA regulatory
• Audit and Reporting:
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to DOCC.
