JOB SUMMARY :

Exciting opportunity for a neurosurgery Assistant Consultant at a top tier in Saudi Arabia would be responsible for providing advanced and treatment to patients with neurological disorders and injuries, managing patient care and ensuring their safety during procedures, reviewing, and interpreting diagnostic tests and imaging, monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly, and providing education and support to patients and their families

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrate advanced clinical skills in Neurosurgery.
  • Manage complex medical cases independently.
  • Provide leadership in delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and residents.
  • Contribute to the training and development of medical teams.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants and specialists in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Offer expert consultations on challenging medical cases.
  • Engage in clinical research activities.
  • Contribute to academic programs, teaching, and training initiatives.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Implement and adhere to evidence-based medical practices.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education :

  • Graduate from a medical school of good standing.
  • Completion of required period of training in Neurosurgery.
  • (Arab, Jordanian, Lebanese) Board certification in the relevant medical specialty is typically required or equivalent. fulfilling the criteria for Senior Registrar as required
  • A certificate recognized by the Saudi Commission is a must
  • Dataflow is a must.

Professional Experience

  • From 02 to 04 years of experience after certification.
  • A registered member of the Saudi Board Council is preferable.

Language

  • Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.
