The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco UC platforms, SIP trunking, and QoS. Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Voice Engineer or Voice Administrator.
  • Hands-on expertise with Cisco UC platforms (CCE, CUCM, WebEx).
  • Strong knowledge of SIP trunking, QoS configuration, MRA, and endpoint management.
  • Familiarity with Linux system patching and monitoring tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, vendor management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and mission-critical environments.
