As a Network Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting network issues, implementing upgrades, and ensuring that our systems are secure and efficient. Responsibilities

• Minimum of 3 years "hands-on" experience with technical knowledge of hardware and software of information technology infrastructure, desktop PCs, and peripherals.
• Good familiarity with TCP/IP, OS environments like Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication (spoken and written) skills in Arabic and English. Familiarity with best practices in network operations. Diagnose and resolve any hardware, software, or connectivity problem with minimum delay.
• Good knowledge in Printers and biometric and Avaya telephone functions.
• Install and configure windows and other applications, and troubleshoot and perform tasks related to service needs, including equipment replacement, equipment installation/de-installation, software installation, and LAN connections. Ability to support users remotely.

1. Proven experience as a Network Technician or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
6. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent are highly desirable.

8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
