Job summary

Cyberani by aramco digital seeks a Network & Security Senior Manager to lead the design, implementation, operation and continuous improvement of the organization's network infrastructure and cybersecurity program, ensuring availability, performance, resilience and security of IT services.

You will drive risk management, regulatory compliance (NCA, ISO 27001), audits, disaster recovery readiness, and vendor relationships while mentoring the team and aligning projects with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering, network engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in network and security leadership roles.
• Saudi nationality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, operation and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN/VPN/SD-WAN/cloud).
• Develop and implement network security architecture, standards and controls; manage firewalls, VPNs, NAC, WAF, and secure remote access.
• Oversee vulnerability remediation and audit support; ensure regulatory compliance (NCA, ISO 27001).
• Mentor and develop the network and security team; define KPIs and goals; manage vendor relationships and budgets.

We are seeking for a skilled and motivated Network & Security Senior Manager to lead the design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the organization's network infrastructure and cybersecurity program. This role is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, resilience, and security of IT infrastructure and services while aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. The position also supports operational excellence, disaster recovery readiness, cybersecurity risk management, and the adoption of secure, scalable technologies that enable the organization's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Network Infrastructure Management

• Lead the design, implementation, operation and maintenance of the enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, SD-WAN and cloud connectivity.
• Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and reliability of network services.
• Oversee network monitoring, capacity planning and lifecycle management.
• Lead the resolution of complex network incidents and problems.

Cybersecurity Management

• Develop and implement network security, architecture, standards, and controls.
• Manage security technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, network access control (NAC), web application firewalls (WAF), and secure remote access solutions.
• Oversee vulnerability remediation for network and security infrastructure.
• Ensure secure network design and compliance with organizational security policies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable cybersecurity and regulatory requirements (e.g., NCA, ISO 27001, Aramco cybersecurity requirements).
• Support internal and external audits by providing evidence and implementing corrective actions.
• Review and maintain network and security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Conduct security risk assessments for network infrastructure and recommend mitigation measures.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the network and security team.
• Define team objectives, KPIs, and performance goals.
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
• Plan budgets and oversee procurement for network and security infrastructure.

Project Delivery

• Lead network and security infrastructure projects from planning through implementation.
• Support business initiatives by delivering secure and resilient network solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the network and security environment.

Monitoring & Operations

• Ensure the availability, performance and reliability of network and security infrastructure.
• Oversee monitoring, maintenance and timely resolution of operational issues.
• Support Disaster Recovery (DR) readiness and coordinate regular DR exercises.
• Ensure critical network and security services meet operational and recovery objectives.

Requirements

• Saudi nationality is a preference.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering, Network Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 8+ Years of experience.

Certifications (Preferred)

• CISSP, CISM, or CISA
• CCNP / CCIE (or equivalent)
• Palo Alto, Fortinet, or other security vendor certifications

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of networking (routing, switching, SD-WAN, VPN).
• Expertise in security architecture and zero trust frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, SIEM, EDR/XDR, and cloud security.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Security (M365 E5), Azure/AWS security controls.
