HR Specialist | HR Operations Specialist | Onboarding | Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain secure network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wireless).
• Manage and optimize Palo Alto and Sophos firewalls, including security policies, VPNs, and traffic monitoring.
• Implement and maintain network security controls such as intrusion prevention, content filtering, and endpoint protection.
• Monitor and analyze network performance and security incidents using tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanners.
• Support system administration tasks, including server configuration, patching, and basic troubleshooting for Windows and Linux environments.
• Conduct regular security assessments.
• Collaborate with cloud and application teams to secure hybrid and cloud environments.
• Maintain documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and security policies.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies, Local and international cybersecurity standards

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in network and cybersecurity engineering.
• Proven experience with Palo Alto Networks and Sophos XG / Central firewalls.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and DNS/DHCP.
• Hands‑on experience with FortiGate, Cisco, or similar networking technologies is a plus.
• Basic system administration knowledge (Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux).
• Familiar with cybersecurity frameworks and tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management).
