About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Network & Connectivity
  • Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure across all campuses.
  • Optimize 5G/4G modem performance, troubleshoot low‑speed issues, and propose alternatives in weak‑coverage areas.
  • Implement RADIUS authentication, network access control, and user‑level bandwidth management.
  • Set up and fine‑tune Omada / Cisco / UniFi or similar controllers, firewalls, and VLAN configurations.
  • Ensure stable Wi‑Fi coverage inside every classroom with proper AP placement and channel planning.
  • Run diagnostics on poor‑internet regions and propose cost‑effective solutions.
IT Infrastructure
  • Configure access points, mesh systems, switches, and firewalls.
  • Support setup of classroom technology: TVs, cameras, speakers, microphones, Windows TVs, Chromecast/Chrome.
  • Ensure all devices are updated and performing optimally.
  • Work with IT Operations, Procurement, Facility & Delivery teams to set up temporary labs.
  • Validate tablet connectivity for live classes and sessions.
Operational Excellence
  • Troubleshoot network issues during live sessions or events.
  • Perform cabling work when necessary (Ethernet, structured cabling).
  • Decommission and re‑inventory hardware after events.
  • Maintain network documentation, diagrams, IP plans, and monitoring dashboards.
Requirements
  • 3–6 years of experience in enterprise networking (schools, offices, or distributed sites).
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • 5G/4G modem configuration & optimization
    • Wi‑Fi planning & controller‑based networks
    • VLANs, firewalls, NAT, routing, QoS
    • RADIUS authentication & bandwidth control
  • Hands‑on experience with network hardware, cabling, and on‑site troubleshooting.
  • Experience in environments with unreliable internet, running failover or hybrid solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working across Facilities, Procurement, and Delivery teams.
Bonus
  • Experience with TP‑Link Omada, Cisco Meraki/Catalyst, UniFi, or similar ecosystems.
  • Experience supporting audio‑visual hardware at scale.
  • Ability to analyze field data, signal strength, and throughput metrics to recommend improvements.
