Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in nursing.
  • Masters degree in nursing is a must.
  • 3 years of experience in the same Field and same position.
  • Dataflow is a must.
  • Saudi license holder is a plus.
  • Ensure that nursing care meets regulatory standards.
  • Review nursing policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and management in the coordination of patient care.
  • Train nursing staff and coordinate educational programs for patients and their families.
  • Implement quality assurance systems.
  • Assign and schedule activities for nursing staff.
  • Supervise acquisition of medical supplies and equipment needed for patient care.
  • Coordinate with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
  • Perform administrative and managerial functions.
  • Oversees the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill newborns.
  • Develops, implements, and evaluates nursing care plans and protocols.
  • Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of new nursing care models and technologies.
  • Recruits, hires, trains, and develops a competent and motivated nursing staff.
  • Conducts performance evaluations and provides ongoing feedback and coaching.
  • Creates a positive and supportive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
  • Manages staff schedules and assignments to ensure adequate patient care coverage.
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement in patient care and implements quality initiatives.
  • Collects and analyzes data to monitor quality outcomes and identify trends.
  • Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based practices.
  • Manages the daily operations of the NICU, including staffing, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and accrediting bodies.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of unit policies and procedures.
