A leading consulting firm is seeking a Nationalization Senior Manager to lead and implement nationalization strategies across GCC countries. The role requires over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and development, strong analytical capabilities, and proficiency in GCC labor laws. The ideal candidate will actively manage partnerships, compliance, and recruitment strategies while driving stakeholder engagement.
