To deliver professional and engaging guided tours, presenting cultural, historical, and artistic content in an interactive manner that reflects the organization’s identity and ensures an exceptional visitor experience for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors and conduct guided tours according to approved routes and schedules
  • Present cultural, historical, and artistic information in a clear and engaging manner
  • Deliver tours in English and at least one additional approved foreign language
  • Engage positively with visitors and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
  • Adhere to visitor service standards and professional conduct
  • Coordinate with operations and events teams to ensure smooth tour delivery
  • Support special events and activities when required
  • Maintain flexibility in working hours as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Tourism, History, Arts, Cultural Studies, Languages and Translation, or a related field)
  • Full proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Russian, French, or Italian
  • 1–3 years of experience in tour guiding, museums, cultural institutions, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • Excellent customer service and visitor engagement abilities
  • Good cultural and historical knowledge
