A leading bank in Riyadh is seeking Murex production support specialists for their Front Office activities.

Responsibilities

• Validate the technical flow of all product bookings, report issues with the Murex vendor, track fixes, deploy, test, and ensure closure.
• Educate users on application usage, best practices, limitations, and support their needs effectively.
• Manage new Change Requests related to enhancements or deviations in requirements from the Business versus vendor delivery.
• Develop new product pipelines, portfolios, currency pairs, and simulation views.
• Coordinate with Murex on their deliverables, support Business and QA teams for SIT, UAT validations, and sign-offs.
• Prepare for migration readiness by collecting and defining templates for each product category, ensuring correct position management, and handling manual activities.
• Address any other ad-hoc requests, track FO deliverables, and provide status updates on FO stream.

• Experience with Murex, including front office deliverables and product booking.
• Proven Murex production support experience with front office functions.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Front office development skills and product functional knowledge.
