• Responsible for electrical, mechanical & servicing of building facilities.
• Responsible for efficient maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements.
• Perform general maintenance, such as furniture repair, plumbing, painting, etc.
• Perform preventative maintenance based on an established schedule.
• Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical issues.
