Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients or internal teams to gather and document business requirements related to finance and operations processes.
  • Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to align with client needs and industry best practices.
  • Provide functional expertise in areas such as financial management, supply chain management, inventory management, procurement, and more.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure effective system adoption and usage.
  • Perform system testing and quality assurance to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations, data migration, and custom development, if required.
  • Provide support during system implementations, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues reported by users and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance.
  • Strong experience in activating and integrating other software and modules into the current environment.
  • Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications.
  • Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages.
  • Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
