Job Summary

The Modernization Supervisor at Otis is responsible for overseeing and managing modernization projects, ensuring that all activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various teams, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management: Lead and manage modernization projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met.

  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Raising local material requisition - Site Survey and report
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all modernization activities adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Reporting: Regularly updating project status to senior management.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Customer Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
Education

Bachelor's / Equivalent certification, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in modernization or construction projects.

Skills

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Working Conditions

Environment: On-site work environments.

Travel: Regular travel required to project sites.
