Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, assemble, dismantle, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical equipment according to technical manuals, engineering drawings, and specifications.

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, conveyors, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, turbines, motors, and other rotating/static equipment.

• Troubleshoot mechanical failures, diagnose root causes, and carry out necessary repairs or replacements.

• Align and calibrate machinery using precision tools (laser alignment, dial indicators, micrometers, calipers, etc.).

• Fabricate, weld, and modify mechanical components when required.

• Maintain accurate service logs, work orders, and maintenance records in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

• Follow safety protocols, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and comply with OSHA / ISO / plant safety standards.

• Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and other technicians to ensure minimal downtime and efficient plant operation.
