The ideal candidate has strong mechanical systems knowledge and at least 5 years of experience, preferably in petrochemical settings, with a commitment to safety and teamwork. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Millwright or in a similar role within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to industry regulations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Certification in Millwright or related qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Install, align, and maintain machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures and perform repairs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve machinery reliability.
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance staff.
