Overview

On behalf of one of our international clients, we are seeking a Mathods Manager (M / F) for a permanent position based in Al-Ula, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement construction methods and procedures tailored to the specific requirements of the project.
• Ensure detailed work planning in collaboration with operational teams, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets.
• Optimize resources and schedules to ensure efficient execution of the work.
• Lead and support the resolution of production issues encountered on site.
• Oversee implementation on the ground, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Actively participate in coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and rapid problem resolution.
• Ensure effective communication with construction teams and other departments involved in the project.

Profil recherché

• years of experience in traditional underground construction works, with specific expertise in project management (M-O). Significant experience in complex countries such as the United States, Qatar, and Egypt is required.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles, with a good understanding of underground construction practices and project management methodologies.
• Expertise in planning and implementing construction methods tailored to the specificities of underground projects.
• Ability to mentor and train teams on best construction practices and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work in complex and dynamic project environments, with a proven capacity to resolve on-site issues.
• Proficiency in project management tools and planning software.
