Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will lead and oversee all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for large-scale construction projects, ensuring efficient design, implementation, and coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate MEP design and installation processes for complex construction projects
  • Develop and review MEP system designs, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations
  • Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall project designs
  • Lead and mentor a team of MEP engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and support
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for MEP-related activities
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor installation progress and ensure quality standards are met
  • Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize project delays
  • Implement sustainable design practices and energy-efficient solutions in MEP systems
  • Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and project teams
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in MEP engineering
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in MEP engineering and project management
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems design, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Saudi Arabia
  • Experience managing large-scale construction projects
  • Excellent project management skills, including budget and resource allocation
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring engineering teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of sustainable design practices and energy efficiency in MEP systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
