Job summary

A leading engineering company in Dammam is seeking a Lead Mechanical Site Engineer (MEP) to supervise HVAC and Firefighting systems installation for high-voltage substation projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of MEP experience, with a focus on substations, and must possess strong leadership and communication skills. SEC approval and a transferable Iqama are mandatory. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP works, with at least 3 years in substations.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and Firefighting systems including design, installation, and commissioning.
• SEC approval and transferable Iqama are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the execution of HVAC and Firefighting works at substation sites.
• Review design drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Supervise site installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with project schedule, quality standards, and SEC requirements.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and instrumentation teams for interface management.
• Support procurement and material tracking for mechanical systems.
• Lead progress meetings and provide regular site reports.
• Enforce HSE compliance and ensure safe work practices.
