Job summary

A leading MEP consultancy firm in the Riyadh Region is hiring an MEP Inspector to ensure compliance with project specifications during construction. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of experience, or a Diploma with 7 years of experience. Key responsibilities include inspecting installations, monitoring contractor activities, and participating in testing and commissioning. Strong knowledge of MEP systems is essential. Saudi Nationals are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 7 years with a Diploma.
• Knowledge of international codes and standards.
• Saudi Nationals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect MEP installations for compliance with drawings.
• Monitor contractor activities for safety and quality.
• Report non-conformances and follow up on actions.
• Coordinate with disciplines to resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed inspection records.
• Participate in testing and commissioning.

As an MEP Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works are executed in accordance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations. You will play a key role in quality assurance and compliance throughout the construction phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect MEP installations and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor contractor activities and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Report non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions
• Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve site issues
• Maintain detailed inspection records and documentation

• Support the project team in achieving timely and quality project delivery

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or
• Diploma from a recognized institution with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
• Nationality: Saudi Nationals
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices
• Familiarity with international codes and standards
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
