Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management
  • Oversee the daily operation of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Monitor and ensure the efficient performance of all building systems and equipment.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and resolve them promptly.
• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all MEP systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely corrective action.
  • Maintain an inventory of spare parts and ensure their availability for critical systems.
• Team Supervision and Coordination
  • Lead and supervise a team of technicians and contractors.
  • Assign daily tasks to maintenance staff and ensure completion within deadlines.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for specialized repairs or upgrades.
• Safety and Compliance
  • Ensure all MEP systems comply with local codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate hazards.
  • Prepare and maintain safety documentation and training records.
• Documentation and Reporting
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory.
  • Generate reports on system performance, energy consumption, and maintenance costs.
  • Provide recommendations for upgrades or replacement of outdated equipment.
• Project Management
  • Manage small-scale MEP projects, including renovations, upgrades, and installations.
  • Prepare cost estimates, timelines, and resource allocation for projects.
