Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the medical sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the healthcare sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Organize and participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote products.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Resolve client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Must be KSA resident
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in medical sales manager or a related healthcare sales environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with experience supervising sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance standards, and ethical sales practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
