Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Lead, mentor, and manage the medical sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the healthcare sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote products.
- Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- Resolve client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Must be KSA resident
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in medical sales manager or a related healthcare sales environment.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience supervising sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable sales strategies.
- Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance standards, and ethical sales practices.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
